Job Description
Milford Haven Comprehensive School is seeking to appoint a Site Manager. The successful candidate would join us in working in a busy school environment which promotes ambition, inclusion, and high expectations in line with our ASPIRE values.
The successful candidate will require previous experience of site and personnel management.

Key responsibilities of the role will be to: -
- Manage and co-ordinate the Site Management Team, inclusive of the cleaning team to provide a high-quality service and always ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage the maintenance requirements of the school including the provision of design and management services for works projects alongside the Business Manager.
- To manage the Security of the school building and contents by ensuring the Caretaking staff adhere to the school's security procedures.
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for or come into contact with.
