We are a large English medium primary school, situated in the heart of Barry town. Description:
We will welcome applications from practitioners who are NQTs, early career or highly experienced, including those who are particularly interested in leadership responsibilities. All teachers appointed to the school will be expected to play a full role in our school. This will include taking part in meetings and supporting enrichment activities and events in school.
About you
You will need:
• To be an inspiring classroom practitioner who nurtures and leads children to flourish, through high quality learning experiences
• To have the enthusiasm, energy and ability to motivate, challenge and support
• To demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills to work effectively in partnership with parents, staff, governors and the local community
• To have a good knowledge and understanding of pedagogy and curriculum
• To have high expectations of achievement and raising standards
• To demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member
• To be adaptable, resourceful, creative and innovative
