We are looking for a primary teacher who:

pupils, which enhances their literacy, numeracy, and digital skills across the curriculum;

- is a committed team player and role model with proven ability to lead and empower children
and colleagues;
- is able to demonstrate and promote excellence, equality and high expectations of achievement
and behaviour;

- is committed to supporting the school’s Christian values;
- is able to build a relationship of mutual respect with the pupils, parents, staff, governors, the
Diocese of Monmouth and the Charles Williams Trust, and
- is able to bring passion, energy, enthusiasm and be driven to fulfil the role to the best of their
ability.

The appointment process will involve a lesson observation, following which, successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the Headteacher and Governing Body.

The Governing Body and Local Authority are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
