We are now seeking to recruit a highly successful professional to join our committed team of school improvement advisers. Candidates should be headteachers/senior leaders from successful schools and/or have recent demonstrable success as an education improvement professional.
The successful candidate will fulfil the role of school improvement adviser for schools in Swansea and will work closely with regional partners to:
The post will commence on 3 June 2024 (or as soon as possible) and will be a permanent post. However, a secondment opportunity (maximum of two years) based on current salary will be considered. For a secondment opportunity, consent must be sought from the governing body to apply for the post.
