The children, staff and Governors of Malpas Court Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and trustworthy teacher on a permanent basis.

The person appointed will be required to work across the primary sector on a full time contract (32.5 hours per week).

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is an outstanding practitioner to further enhance the excellent teaching.
• Is a committed team player and role model with proven ability to lead, challenge and empower children and colleagues.
• Is passionate about providing memorable and authentic learning opportunities for all children with an inspiring, creative curriculum
• Is enthusiastic, motivated, and caring – able to nurture children to achieve their potential
• Is able to embrace community partnerships and play an active role in fostering good links with parents and all stakeholders.
• Is able to identify areas of improvement and contribute creatively to help to continue to improve our school

The appointment process will involve an interview and lesson observation with members of the school leadership team.

The Governing Body and Local Authority are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).
