An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer within the Projects and Funding department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based at the colleges One Canal Parade location.
Responsibilities include:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer within the Projects and Funding department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based at the colleges One Canal Parade location.
Responsibilities include:
- To work within the Project Management team to ensure a quality service to the College, upholding its reputation as a leading training provider in Wales through a first-class service to its learners, clients and contractors.
- To ensure all records are compliant with awarding body, WEFO and Lead Partner guidance.
- To support the implementation of systems and processes to ensure that all paperwork and evidence, including participant files, financial evidence and timesheets, are of appropriate quality and are consistent across campuses.
- To devise and maintain Project Management Office systems, including data management and filing.
- Producing project documents, briefing papers, and presentations, as appropriate.
- To support the production of monthly verification and management reports which detail and analyse the outcomes of project data monitoring.
- Organising and attending project meetings and ensuring the relevant people are well prepared for meetings.
- To work with the Projects team to make all necessary preparations for internal/external audits, inspections and assessments including maintaining records and data as may be required which are identifiable, traceable and retrievable.
- To assist in the setting up and maintaining of files and paperwork relating to project operation, staff and finance.
- Welsh language skills are not required for this role but would be welcomed.
