About The Service
Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.

About the job
A Mobile Cook is required to assist in the operational delivery of a high quality, cost effective catering service, providing catering in Cardiff Primary Schools and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.

This post is part time and will work 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and will therefore be pro-rata'd accordingly.
