Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:
To support the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations in driving the College's marketing communications strategy forward.
This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and recruitment through innovative campaigns, strategic digital presence and compelling storytelling.
- Full time (37 hours per week)

- £38,859 - £41,170 per annum

- Organisational expertise: Experience in coordinating multi-channel marketing strategies while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing staff, ensuring productivity and encouraging professional growth.
- Digital proficiency: Expertise in managing websites, social media platforms, and emerging digital tools to enhance online presence.
- Creative vision: A passion for producing high-quality print and digital materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
