The Headteacher and Governing Body of Trallwn Primary School wish to appoint an Administration & Organisation Assistant to manage our main office and provide administrative and clerical support in our vibrant, happy and successful school.

Grade 3 (SCP 4) £26,016 (pro rata)

39 weeks/37 hours per week

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and be able to carry out duties and responsibilities to an excellent standard, as set out in the job description. You will work closely with the headteacher, senior management team, staff, parents and carers, pupils and governors, and promote the vision and values of the school to our visitors and stakeholders at all times.

We are looking for someone who:

• has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (the ability to do so through the medium of Welsh is an advantage but not essential)

• is committed to building positive relationships with all stakeholders

• is able to work constructively and flexibly as part of a team

• has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• has a confident and approachable attitude, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and use initiative

• has excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills

• ideally has experience of using Bromcom, but not essential as training will be provided

• is willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community

• is innovative and flexible in their approach

• has an excellent attendance record

• is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of pupils
