Temporary Level 2 Teaching Assistant

32.5 hours per week 39 weeks

To commence 1st September 2026 or as soon as possible afterwards.

The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment for the commencement of employment outside of the start date of 1st September.

The Governing Body wish to appoint an excellent and highly committed Teaching Assistant to join our skilled team of staff. You may be required to work across mainstream classes or within our Learning Support Centre (LSC).

The children attending our LSC have complex and significant needs, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The focus will be on providing for general classroom support for pupils, to ensure they achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a good communicator and team member, who is caring, flexible and approachable helping to motivate learners to succeed
  • Be able to work collaboratively
  • Be reliable and able to take responsibility
