The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an inspirational, committed and highly effective Deputy Headteacher to work in close partnership with the Headteacher and leadership team as we continue to move the school forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent teacher and skilled leader who can make a significant contribution from day one. We are looking for someone who is visible, approachable and values-led, with the ability to build trust, support others, solve problems and maintain high expectations for all.

• Understand inclusive practice and the needs of diverse learners
• Lead with warmth, integrity, resilience and professionalism
• Be ready to deputise effectively for the Headteacher when required
• Show ambition to continue developing as a senior leader and for Headship
