About the role
Pay Details: Grade 7/SCP 20 - £16.90 per hour. Actual salary £21,674

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 28.5 hours a week, 45 wks a year, overtime available, possibility of 2 weeks of annual leave to be taken during term time due to the requirement of the role.

Main Place of Work: Evenlode Primary (Evenlode Avenue)

Description: We are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic individual to lead and manage staff effectively, ensuring that high-quality play opportunities are available for all children within a safe, happy, and supportive environment. The postholder will ensure full compliance with day care legislation and relevant CIW regulatory requirements.
About you
You will need:

• Strong leadership and staff management experience.


• In-depth knowledge of childcare legislation and CIW compliance.


• Ability to manage high-quality, child-centred provision.
