One Year Fixed Term Contract (with a strong possibility of extension)

The children, staff and Governing Body of Tredegar Park Primary school are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative teacher with a passion for working with pupils with additional leaning needs.
Tredegar Park Primary School is in the heart of Dyffryn and as a community school we are dedicated to making a positive difference for our learners and their families.
Applications are invited from candidates who are proven to be effective, enthusiastic, experienced and committed teachers who wish to join our highly successful and nurturing school.
We are seeking an excellent practitioner who:
- Has a passion for making a difference for our most vulnerable learners within an inclusive environment.
- Is able to demonstrate creative flair in contributing to the evolving design of the school curriculum which is tailored to meet a diverse range of ALN needs.
- Is innovative in providing authentic awe and wonder learning experiences.
- Is nurturing and uses a range of teaching styles to support children in achieving their full potential as healthy, confident individuals.
- Has a commitment to embrace community partnerships and take an active role in fostering trusting relationships with parents and all stakeholders.
- Is able to demonstrate an ambition as a reflective practitioner, committed to professional learning and inquiry, with a focus on complex, learning and social and emotional needs.
For this post, we are looking for candidates with a successful track record of supporting children with Additional Learning Needs.

Start Date: We are hopeful for a graduated opening in Spring Term B (23.02.26) so as close to this date as possible. This will be agreed with the successful candidate.
