The role:

The MIS/Exams Department deals with a vast range of student data relating to enrolment, attendance, examination, results and certification. This position involves the processing of high volumes of data whilst providing an efficient administrative service.
  • Part time (15 hour per week)

  • £10,733 - £11,684 per annum
  • Tycoch Campus, Swansea
Key Responsibilities:
  • To administer all aspects of the assigned awarding bodies, including registration and booking, co-ordination of invigilation staff, securing examining rooms, and ensuring appropriate access arrangements are in place
  • To make exam entries, registrations and qualification claims
  • To liaise effectively with the exams team, including the other Exams Administrator
About you:
  • NVQ 3 in Administration/Customer service, or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with high volumes of data entry
  • IT Literate (ability to use spreadsheets and Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail
