We are a happy and successful school looking to appoint an excellent, motivated and caring primary teacher who is committed to continually raising standards and upholding the distinctive ethos of our school. This fixed term 1 year appointment is from September 2024.

The successful candidate will:

• Be committed to supporting the strong Catholic identity of the school.
• Have a passion for learning and teaching and an excellent understanding of the new curriculum.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice through creative and challenging teaching.
• Be able to effectively use ICT to enhance our children’s learning and be fully committed to promoting Welsh 2nd Language and the well-being of our pupils.
• Have an inclusive approach to working with children who have Additional Learning Needs and manage behaviour well.
• Be able to effectively work with all members of our school team and contribute fully to the life of the school including extra-curricular activities.
• Be committed to raising standards in the school.
• Be motivated and have high expectations for pupil achievement.
