Marketing Administrator

Salary Banding: £17,290
Location: Itec House, Cardiff
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours of work: - 35hrs.
Working hours:- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm

What are the core responsibilities of this role?

• Supporting the business marketing strategy.
• Assisting the Marketing Executive with the day-to-day marketing tasks and activities
• Accountable for assisting with the planning and organisation of events and attend relevant events to promote Itec as and when required.
• Accountable for supporting the Marketing Executive with creating content, monitoring and updating Itec social media channels on a daily basis.
• Accountable for updating our company website ensuring content is up to date.
• Accounting for supporting in liaising with internal departments to obtain and promote good news stories and staff achievements.
• Assisting in the development of marketing material and literature.
• Accountable for supporting the Marketing Executive with the production and delivery of internal communications.
• Accountable for managing the company Marketing email inbox
• Accountable for supporting with writing letters and copy for communications including electronic newsletters
• To work closely with the Marketing Executive to protect the Itec brand.



What skills and experience and skills are we looking for from potential applicants?

• Marketing degree or equivalent
• Minimum two GCSE’s Maths and English (Grade C and above) or equivalent with a good standard of literacy
• Full driving licence with use of own vehicle
• Knowledge of Social Media


Desirable criteria
• Marketing Experience
• Basic design skills with working knowledge of Adobe creative suite or equivalent packages
• Fluent in Welsh


This role is subject to a DBS check. The cost of the DBS check will be met by the company
