At Itec we could have the role for you! I We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to supporting the Business Assurance Officer with routine assurance of the organisations systems, policies, and procedures to improve compliance and performance across all business functions.
Salary Banding: £17,290
Base: Itec House
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm

What are the core responsibilities of this role?


• Providing administration support to the Business Improvement team
• working with the Business Assurance Officer to manage routine assurance of the organisations business processes.
• Effectively report on the outcome of assurance audits to the relevant parties.
• Identifying and highlighting consistent of concern identified through assurance audits to Business Assurance Officer.
• Providing advice and guidance to business areas to support the achievement of compliance and performance of the business function.
• Maintaining excellent working knowledge of contract requirements to support and advise delivery.
• Support the Business Improvement team by contributing to the review of business procedures
• Promoting a compliance and risk awareness culture with the organisation.



What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?

Essential

• Experience of auditing system data and files
• Administration Experience
• Full Driving Licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Logical and systematic thinking



Desirable

• Experience of using databases such as Maytas
• Experience of using e-portfolio system such as Smart Assessor.
• Research Skills
• Knowledge of Work Based Learning programmes
